'OHI Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER
Initial Order: $66.00 USD
Re-Order: $66.00 USD
Orders that don’t meet the minimum requirement will be charged a $10 fee.

Our book is sold in a minimum quantity set of 6 at $11/book at wholesale price.

ORDERING:  Orders can be placed online through our wholesale ordering form, by email at hello@ohihawaii.com, by phone at (808) 345-9230, or via this website through our Wholesale Order page. Our business hours are M-F between 10a to 4:30p HST.

PAYMENT:  All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Payments can be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Payment transactions will be labeled under DBA Okika for your statements.

Net 30 terms are available for wholesale accounts only with professional referrals and are subject to approval with an established account.

SHIPPING:  All wholesale orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been processed. Orders are shipped from Honolulu, HI via USPS with tracking, unless specified by the buyer.

Shipping will be assessed and added to your invoice based on package weight for all orders. If you would like to place a rush order, please let us know prior to placing your order so that we may accommodate you.

RETURNS:  We only accept returns or exchanges on damaged merchandise. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of your shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made before your order has been shipped and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
